Final Fantasy III Coming To Steam



Square Enix announced today that they are bringing one of the most influential entries in the Final Fantasy series to PC via Steam. Final Fantasy III, first released in 1990 in Japan was the first million-seller for the franchise. The original title innovated the RPG genre by adding a “job system” that allowed the player to change a character’s class at any time.

With the Steam release, fans will experience:

  • New and Improved 3D visuals and story experiences
  • Quicker browsing through the monster bestiary and other game records
  • New visual designs for the Job Mastery cards
  • Upgraded graphics
  • Achievements
  • Steam Trading Card support
