MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood, Xbox 360/PC Release Dates Announced
Earlier today Danish development studio, Press Play, announced the Xbox 360 and PC release dates for their Xbox One launch title, MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood. The game will launch Wednesday, April 9th, for Xbox 360, and Tuesday, April 15th, for PC via Steam.
MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood was originally slated for Xbox 360 only, but Press Play found themselves in a position late in the development cycle to re-position the game as an Xbox One launch title instead and they seized upon that opportunity as detailed in a comment by Creative Director Mikkel Thorsted.
We are really proud of releasing what we believe will be one of the best-looking games on XBLA. Originally, Max: the Curse of Brotherhood was developed for Xbox360. Late in development we couldn’t turn down the opportunity to reposition the game as an Xbox One launch title. Since we shipped the Xbox One version, we have worked to make what we believe is the best possible Xbox 360 and PC versions of the game
MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood is Rated “E (Everyone)” by the ESRB and “12” by the PEGI, and will be available starting Wednesday, April 9th, on Xbox 360 and Tuesday, April 15th, on PC via Steam for $14.99 / €14.99 / £11.99.
